Solicitation Description:

The City of Waco is issuing this solicitation for bids on actuators used by the City of Waco at the Riverside Water Treatment Plant (WTP). These actuators are intended to restore critical filter valve functionality. Due to the critical operational need, delivery lead time, even if not the lowest bidder, will be a key factor in award evaluation. The City reserves the right to award to the bidder with the shortest confirmed lead time, even if not the lowest bidder, when it is in the City’s best interest to expedite delivery.
