The City of Waterbury, Department of Engineering, is seeking proposals for various On-Call Right of Way related services, including but not limited to Title Searches, Appraisal Services, Appraisal Review Services, Acquisition Services and other related services as may be needed in connection with planned right-of-way acquisitions for Phase II of the Waterbury Active Transportation and Economic Resurgence (W.A.T.E.R.) Project, also known as the RAISE Project.
