Description
Work is focused on the processes, methodologies and deliverables required to develop, validate and enhance the data needed to establish and sustain a robust maintenance and reliability-based strategy for Water Treatment assets.
The City intends to enter one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables.
The project anticipates the following phases:
Phase 1 - Pre-Work and Planning
Phase 2 – Criticality Ranking
Phase 3 – Reliability Strategy
Phase 4 – PMs (Maintenance Items, Job Plans)
The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2025/09/30.
