The Texas A&M University System (“A&M System”) is soliciting proposals on behalf of East Texas A&M University (ETAMU) for selection of a real estate developer (also referred to as “Developer” or “RESPONDENT”) to enter into a real property ground lease for the development of property in Commerce, Texas as identified in Section 3.

The objective of this development is to achieve the highest and best use of the property in a manner which is physically and functionally integrated with the current development of ETAMU as well as the surrounding area. RESPONDENTS may propose on the entire property available or a portion thereof. The A&M System will consider all proposals and has the option to award to one or more RESPONDENTS based on the best interest as determined by the A&M System and ETAMU.
