Mandatory On-Site Visit

HHSC will conduct two mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the dates and times identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of thisIFB) or on the dates and times established in subsequent Addenda.

The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as awalk-through of the facility.

Attendance at one on site visit is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.

On-site visit instructions: Arrive at 3401 North University Street, Lubbock, TX 79415. Check in at the security gate, inform gate staff they are going to building 507. Once there, vendors will be accompanied to work site by Rodney Nixon.
