This project is to construct a new Wellness Center on the campus of SC State University. The 3 story, 46,400 sq ft facility will enhance the University's ability to provide a more inclusive and exciting education experience for all students. 1.1.1 It will contain locker rooms, fitness center, training rooms, offices and meeting rooms.
