Burns & McDonnell invites qualified bidders to participate in the Norwich Public Utilities L-617 C403 – Transmission Line Rebuild – Clearing, Access, Foundation & Structure Installation Subcontractor opportunity. To protect confidential project information, Burns & McDonnell will first issue a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) to interested bidders.
