The City of Punta Gorda will be receiving sealed submittal responses at the Procurement Office, 126 Harvey

Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL 33950 from qualified bidders for:

SCOPE:The City desires to contract with a licensed, qualified and experience contractor to provide labor, materials, equipment, transportation, traffic control and all other incidental for paving and asphalt repair services as required by the City.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATION: Bidder must currently hold one of the following licenses/certifications to bid: State of Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC), or Registered General Contractor (RG), or City of Punta Gorda Certificate of Competency – Specialty Paving Contractor.

Solicitation Package Protest deadline: December 10, 2025 at 3:00PM ET

NON-Mandatory Pre-submittal Conference: December 11, 2025 at 11AM ET at Procurement Conference Room, 126 Harvey St – 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL

Inquiry and Clarification Request deadline: December 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET
Submittal due date and time: December 18, 2025 at 3:00 PM ET or as may be amended by the subsequent issuance of addenda. Submittal packages will be opened in public at 126 Harvey Street, 2nd Floor, Punta Gorda, FL.

All questions shall be submitted in writing via email to the Procurement contact. solicitation with the City’s Procurement Division through the website by viewing the On-Line Solicitation AND accept

receipt of each document attached to the solicitation. This will place the Bidder on the notification list for any

forthcoming addendum or other official communications. Failure to register as a prospective Bidder and/or accept

receipt of each document may cause your Submittal Package to be rejected as non-responsive if you have submitted a

Submittal Package without City issued forms and/or acknowledgment of issued addenda and/or meet the Solicitation

Package requirements as provided by the City.
