Pre-Bid Conference Details
An on-site pre-bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2024 AT 9:00am. The meeting will be conducted outdoors at the project site 6181 Old Central Avenue, Capitol Heights, Maryland 20743. At this meeting staff and the project engineer will answer questions about the scope of the RFP. Bidders will have access into the existing modular units on-site. This meeting is mandatory. Individuals interested in viewing the vicinity of the work may do so independently. Bidders shall assume complete responsibility and liability for any and all visits.
