NOTICE TO VENDORS


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on December 11, 2025, at 2:30 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for the following professional services:


RFP 25-06 RFQ – Professional Services – Actuary Services - Term: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
RFP 25-07 RFQ – Professional Services – Auditor - Term: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
RFP 25-08 RFQ – Professional Services – Financial Advisory Services - Term: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
RFP 25-12 RFQ – Professional Services – Real Estate Advisory Services – Term: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
RFP 25-13 RFQ – Professional Services – Real Estate Appraiser – Term: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026
RFP 25-14 RFQ – Professional Services – Tax Appraiser – Term: January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2026


The City of Hoboken is requesting qualifications from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services to the City, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent. Specification and other RFQ information may be obtained by sending an email to the below email address or contact the Purchasing Department, City Hall 2nd Floor, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. 07030 during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.


Vendors are required to comply, where applicable, with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq., New Jersey Statutes Title 19 Fair and Open Process, the City of Hoboken Chapter 20A Fair and Open Process, and all other applicable laws.
