Bid Description:
The Town of Marshfield is seeking proposals for an evaluation of our community building, the Old Schoolhouse Common, 122 School St. The Town is seeking a consultant to examine the building and prepare a complete list of recommended maintenance projects with estimated costs, to be used for future planning and budgeting purposes.
