Description:

Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, food, supplies, equipment (unless County-furnished), and services necessary to operate on-site inmate food service and Officer Dining Room (“ODR”) services at the Forsyth County Law Enforcement and Detention Center (“LEDC”).

  • Inmate food service operation consists of an Officer Dinner Room (ODR), Kitchen Area, satellite feeding areas and food storage in the LEDC Warehouse.
  • Provide full meal service to meet the nutritional needs of male and female adult inmates, and youth offenders (age 16 and older) confined at the LEDC.
  • ODR serves Sheriff’s Office personnel and guests and operates as a cafeteria-style facility offering dine-in and carry-out service, salad bar, beverages, desserts, and short-order items.
