This Request for Quote (RFQ) is posted to seek a vendor to provide written transcriptions and products (physical or electronic copies) to support further appeals of the Unemployment Compensation Review Commission (“the Commission) decisions to Ohio courts of common pleas. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) may execute a written contract with the awarded offeror to support the Commission’s federally required duties. The contract is expected to run upon Commission chair or designee signature and expire June 30,2027. There will be an option to renew for two (2) 2-year renewal periods with the final renewal expiring June 30, 2031, contingent upon satisfactory performance and all required approvals. Renewal may be subject to approval by the Controlling Board.
