Project Description: The City of South Jordan is seeking a UDOT-qualified contractor to install a traffic signal at Mountain View Corridor and Bingham Rim Road. The work includes coordination and permitting with UDOT, installing city and contractor-supplied traffic signal systems including poles, bases, mast arms, heads, and appurtenances necessary for the completion of a working traffic signal, and any other materials and labor necessary to complete the job based on construction plans.
The work must be substantially complete 60 days from Notice to Proceed.
Notice to Proceed is anticipated to be July 2026.
Bids will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All bids shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time. The City reserves the right to award this bid in full or in part.
All inquiries and responses must be made online via Bonfire. No paper bids will be accepted.
The City reserves the right to reject any Bid if the City believes that it would not be in the best interest of the project or the City. Without limitation, such rejection may be because the Bid is not responsive, or the Bidder is unqualified or of doubtful ability or the Bid or Bidder fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the City, as solely determined by City.
