Synopsis
|
Work of the Project includes labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, incidentals, testing, transportation, services, subcontractor coordination, overhead to perform incidental testing, monitoring, inspection and abatement of hazardous materials at various sites and superintendence to perform emergency and code abatement services at project sites authorized by the Owner.
This work may also include any and all phases of incident response, including but not limited to: immediate mitigation measures, hazardous waste collection, packaging and disposal, refuse or spill cleanup materials, repairing or overpacking leaking containers for storage and transportation of soiled absorbent material and/or spill containment of leaking or damaged containers, diking or placing booms to prevent contaminated surface water or run-off from spreading, evaluation of cleanup and decontamination procedures, incidental sampling and analysis, obtaining required permits for the work, and preparation of reports.
