The Little Rock School District invites your proposal to provide Cinematography
/Video Production
for the Little Rock School District (LRSD).
The selected Video Production Partner will work collaboratively with the Little Rock School District's Communications Department and the District's contracted advertising/branding agency to conceptualize, film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content that aligns with the District's strategic communications goals and brand standards.

Interested bidders must register at this site to download forms and submit a proposal electronically. This is the
REQUIRED
method of submission.
Any questions regarding this RFP are to be submitted in writing via Ion Wave under the questions tab by the deadline, July 8, 2026, 12 pm.
All questions received, and the corresponding answers, will be posted publicly for all vendors. No
verbal responses will be provided.
ISSUING OFFICE
This solicitation is issued by the Procurement Department, Little Rock School District.
The Procurement Department is the sole point of contact between the bidder and the District regarding any contract awarded as a result of this invitation.
Questions relating to this invitation should be submitted under the questions tab before the question deadline. Bidders under no circumstances shall contact any other Little Rock School District administrators or staff at any time during this procurement process. Any contact with Little Rock School District administrators or staff could result in your bid being disqualified.
EVALUATION CRITERIA AND AWARD
The contract will be awarded to the contractor who submits the most responsible, responsive offer complying with the instructions specified within. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any formalities or technicalities in any proposal should such be deemed to be in the best interest of the Owner. The proposed costs, fees, or expenses will weigh heavily in the award of any resulting contract but will not necessarily be the determining factor. The District intends to review all written proposals and MAY interview a shorter list of potential candidates for further consideration. The District intends to award a single contract for all products/services. The District will use, but is not limited to, the following criteria in reviewing proposals.
