Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Mayor’s Office and Division of Facilities Management, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified Commissioning Agents (“CxA” or “Proposer” or post award as “Contractor”) to provide Commissioning (Cx), Retro-Commissioning (RCx), and Measurement and Verification Services (M&V) for the Salt Palace Convention Center (SPCC) re-build/remodel with a significant portion of the SPCC remaining operational, Abravanel hall (AH) back of house re-build, and the Visual Art Building /Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA) re-build (the ”Project”).
