RE-ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Due to not receiving enough bids, sealed proposals will be received by the State of North Carolina
through the Department of Administration via Dewberry Engineers Inc, Mr. David Sherk, PE until 2:00
pm on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the North Carolina Department of Administration – State
Construction Office, 301 N. Wilmington Street, Suite 450, Raleigh, NC 27601 for the construction of the
Records Building – Air Handling Unit Replacement, SCO ID# 20-22794-01A, Code: 42001, Item:
4i07, at which time and place, bids will be opened and read.
An open pre-bid meeting was held for all interested bidders on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 10:00 am
on the project site. The pre-bid meeting was non-mandatory for Prime Bidders. The meeting
addressed project specific questions, issues, bidding procedures and bid forms.

that will be submitting a bid to the Owner, by contacting David Sherk, PE, Project Manager with

If a hard copy of the set is requested, it may be purchased for a refundable deposit of $100.00 per set.
