ADS Fiscal Intermediary Services

The purpose of this RFP is to procure Fiscal Intermediary services for individuals with disabilities who require personal assistance and participate in the Vocational Rehabilitation programs administered by Aging and Disability Services' (ADS) Bureau of Rehabilitation Services and Bureau of Education and Services for the Blind. ADS strives to promote the highest level of autonomy and self-determination for these participants by supporting a self-direction model in which participants and their families select and manage their own service providers.
