The Government is conducting market research to identify capable sources for the furnishing and installation of one replacement outdoor dry cooler system in support of mission requirements in Melrose, NM.
The requirement is anticipated to include, at a minimum, the provision of one air-cooled outdoor dry cooler, compatible dual glycol pump package, expansion tank, associated components, startup, testing, and warranty support. The replacement system must be compatible with existing facility conditions and capable of supporting the current operational cooling requirement. Interested vendors should be able to provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental items required to remove the old unit, deliver and install a complete and operational system.
The Government is seeking contractor capability related to the Liebert Air-Cooled Drycooler, Model DDO491A, removal, replacement, startup & commissioning and warranty service.

Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice.
