RFP - Willowood Bath Ventilation Renovations
The Gloucester Housing Authority (GHA) seeks the services of a qualified licensed engineer to provide professional design for bathroom ventilation in twenty-eight (28) of the GHA's Federal Public Housing properties in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
The construction budget for this project is $150,000.00. The Design Fee for Basic Services will be established through this RFP.
Proposal requirements may be obtained by email request to jhapgood@ghama.com Proposals are due no later than 2pm on January 28, 2026, and must be submitted by email to jhapgood@ghama.com as PDF attachments.
