On-Call Utility Infrastructure Repair and Installation Services

Contract WS 2026-01

The City of Marlborough, through its Department of Public Works, Water & Sewer Division, invites sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide non-emergency and emergency on-call mechanical, pumping station, treatment facility, and utility infrastructure repair and installation services for the Marlborough Water & Sewer System.

The estimated annual contract value is $300,000, with no guaranteed minimum quantity of work or expenditure. The initial contract term is one year from execution, with one additional one-year extension available at the City’s sole discretion, subject to appropriation.

Sealed bids will be received at the Marlborough Water & Sewer Division, 135 Neil Street, Marlborough, MA 01752, Attn: Assistant Commissioner of Utilities, until Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 1:00 PM, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
