St. Charles Parish is soliciting for Catering Services for the Edward A. Dufresne Community Center. Site visits/scheduling of facilities and work areas can be arranged by contacting Anedra Coleman-Sylve at acoleman@stcharlesgov.net no later than March 20, 2026.
Your company is invited to submit by the deadline, Friday, April 10, 2026, at 4pm. All submittals shall be sent as a PDF file(s) to Brenda Campos via email at: bcampos@stcharlesgov.net.
The successful contractor shall be required to submit a certificate of insurance meeting all required coverages (see Exhibit A) and sign an ensuing agreement with St. Charles Parish.
