The ministry of Justice is issuing a Request for Quotes to procure three enclosed Privacy Pods. The selected Proponent shall supply, deliver, install, and commission three (3) individual -use office booths designed to enhance privacy in a professional setting.
To assist Proponents in preparing their Quotes and to address anticipated questions regarding the intended use and operating environment, the Purchaser provides the following information:
As the installation site is a secure location, floor plans will not be provided at this time.
The pods are intended to be installed next to each other on a carpet or raised floor.
Fabric finishing would be preferred for better sound proofing
Minimum experience required in the table below is for the proponent to show references of similar installations that has been completed.
Safety Certification required could be either before or after installation
