Project Description: State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to provide: Public Records, Legal Investigative, Online Research Services.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. The methodology that will be used to determine the number of awards is: Any vendor that receives a combined total score of 70% of all available points. There are 800 technical points available and 200 cost points. Thus, any vendor that achieves a minimum score of 700 out of 1000 total points (technical + cost) will receive a contract.
Length of Contract: 5-years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for 1-year.
Administrative Fee: The admin fee is 0.20%, or two-tenths of one percent.
