Summary

The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to prepare a Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan (TRIP), which will include a risk-based vulnerability assessment for transportation assets in the Greater Philadelphia Region and provide a prioritized list of transportation projects to make the transportation system in Greater Philadelphia more resilient to extreme weather events, flooding, extreme heat, and other natural hazards. The funding of these projects aims to reduce damage and disruption to the transportation system, improve the safety of the traveling public, and ensure that the mobility needs of all communities and transportation system users are addressed.
