The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to prepare a Transportation Resilience Improvement Plan (TRIP), which will include a risk-based vulnerability assessment for transportation assets in the Greater Philadelphia Region and provide a prioritized list of transportation projects to make the transportation system in Greater Philadelphia more resilient to extreme weather events, flooding, extreme heat, and other natural hazards.
