Project Description: This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will assist the City in potentially selecting one or more qualified Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to deliver high-speed internet and other value-added services, with a minimum of 1 gigabit but scalable to 10 gigabit, to homes, businesses and community anchor institutions across the City’s planned open-access network.
