of Oklahoma, will be accepting sealed bids in the Office of Jeanne M. Heidlage Rogers County
Clerk.
- Sealed bids must be submitted to the Rogers County Purchasing Agent
Rogers County Courthouse 200 S Lynn Riggs Blvd. Claremore, Oklahoma, 74017
Prior to 4:00 P.M. Central Time on Friday, October 2, 2026
- Sealed bids will be opened in the Commissioner's Meeting Room

- A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 10:00am

BIDS MUST BE MARKED SEALED BID WITH BID NUMBER
Bid Packets and Specifications may be obtained in the Rogers County Clerk's Office Rogers
County Courthouse, 200 S Lynn Riggs Blvd Claremore, Oklahoma 74017, Monday thru Friday,
from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (Except During Legal Holidays)
All bids must be accompanied by an Affidavit of Non-Collusion and a Business Relationship
Affidavit. All bids shall be plainly marked "SEALED BID" with the bid number, closing date and
time written on the outside of the sealed envelope. (*ONLY ONE BID PER ENVELOPE*) All
late bids will be returned unopened. There will be No Faxed or E-Mail Bids Accepted. The Board
of County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
