The City of Fort Saskatchewan invites Proposals for the Supply, Mixing, and Stacking of Winter Street Sand, in accordance with the specifications and conditions set out in the
Request for Proposal.
Submit 1 hard copy or a pdf copy (on a flash drive) of the proposal in a sealed envelope with the company name clearly indicated and labelled to:
"Winter Sand: PROPOSAL; Attn: Brian Rogers"

Proposal shall be submitted by 1200 HOURS (12:00 pm) Monday, October 5, 2026.
Late submissions and any proposal submitted by fax, email, telephone shall not be accepted or acknowledged.
The proposal must include a signed cover letter indicating the proponent's company name and contact information.
One mandatory site meeting will be held at the project site (11121 - 88 Ave, Fort Saskatchewan, AB) on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 0900 HOURS (9:00 am).
Representatives of the City will be present to answer questions.
