Summary

RTD is seeking responses from qualified respondents to complete the Elati Rail Training Center project in Englewood, CO. The Elati Rail Training Center project consists of adapting an industrial occupancy (F-1 Accessory Classification) area into office space occupancy (B Classification) by implementing tenant finish improvements required for the new use.

Contractor: Responsible for all aspects of construction including obtaining construction permits and compliance.
