Project Description: This solicitation is Stage II: Invitation to Interview of a multistage selection process for design-build services. Only
Contractors short listed by the Selection Committee during the Stage I: Request for Proposals process for this project
are invited to participate in this Stage II process.
Project Description: The McDonald Building remodel and addition will be the new home of the Art Department of the College of the Arts. The Art Department is currently housed in the North Commons Building that will be demolished on completion of this project.
Construction Cost Estimate:$22,160,000.00
