The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The primary objective of this requirement is to provide services for Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN) Norfolk, Virginia with instruction for the safety, occupational health, and environmental and emergency response training courses. The contractor shall develop the Program of Study (POS) for the Navy’s Above Ground / Underground Storage Tank (AST/UST) Safety Manager course and deliver approved course instruction to military and civilian students as required by the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN). The contractor shall provide all required personnel, equipment, transportation supplies, tools, and materials and services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the PWS with the goal of producing a course graduate that satisfies the NAVSAFENVTRACEN’s mission, and the learning objectives of the course outline contained in the PWS. Contractor personnel must ensure that curriculum design and course development efforts adhere to the American Council on Education (ACE) accreditation standards.
