| Solicitation Document Description: | .1 This RFP is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit Bids for Professional and Technical Services for the Design, Preparation of Tender Documents and Contract Administration for the Proposed State of Good Repair work at Don Montgomery Community Recreation Centre, as further described in Part 3 (Requirements for Deliverables): |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
1.1. The Prime Consultant must be either:
• An architectural firm holding a valid Certificate of Practice from the Ontario Architects Association (OAA), or • An engineering firm holding a valid Certificate of Authorization from the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO). A copy of the current certificate must be provided under Section 4.2.3 in the sourcing event in Ariba at the time of submission. Failure to provide the certificate will result in the RFP being declared non-compliant. |
