Town of Hudson Bay - 6th Avenue Drainage Improvements

NOTICE TO TENDERERS

Sealed Tenders are invited from Contractors for the construction of 6th Avenue Drainage Improvements for the Town of Hudson Bay. Sealed Tenders will be received at the office of the Consulting Engineer up to 2:00 pm, C.S.T., Thursday, April 30th, 2026 and will be opened immediately thereafter.

The work includes:

1. Supply of all materials and equipment for the completion of the Work.

2. Installation of approximately 275 lin.m. of 300 mm dia. ultra -rib PVC storm sewer and 100 lin.m. of 450 mm dia. ultra -rib PVC storm sewer by mechanical excavation.

3. Installation of storm sewer manholes and connecting catch basins.

4. Roadway repairs, including site preparation, base course, and asphalt surface course.

5. Installation of approximately 50 m of CSP culverts, complete with ditching improvements along Albert Street.

6. Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the locations of all work required.

7. Clean up of site.

8. Repair of defects for one year after completion of the work.

General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the office of the Consulting Engineer.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the Tendered Amount.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.
