The city of Dubuque is accepting bids for minor rehabilitation at a privately owned residence at 990 Althauser, the work primarily consists of exterior water proofing and grading. A pre-bid tour will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. at the residence. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a bid.
Bids will be accepted until Friday, May, 22, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. All bids must be submitted to the Housing Department at 350 W. 6th St. Suite 312, Dubuque, IA 52001.
