Project Description: The Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways (Ministry) requires quality assurance testing services for Performance Graded Asphalt Cement (PGAC) and other properties of PGAC materials supplied to the Ministry. The services will also include the determination of PGAC grade and continuous grade for asphalt cement materials provided to Ministry projects.
