Grass Cutting Services

The Rural Municipality of Nipawin No. 487 invites sealed tenders from qualified contractors to provide grass cutting and grounds maintenance services for two municipal properties: a Heritage School Site and a Cemetery.

Services Required

· Grass cutting, trimming, and edging

· Removal or management of grass clippings as needed

· Coordination with RM representatives regarding schedules

· Maintaining a safe and tidy appearance at all times

Locations:

1. Inkster Heritage School Site (NE 34.49.15 W2) – 6 miles W of Codette on the N side of the Grid 789

2. Elkhill Cemetery (NW 05-50-15 W2) – 3 miles W and 1/2 mile S of Codette, along the W side of Range Road 2152

Requirements

· Contractors must supply all equipment

· Proof of Saskatchewan Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) registration or independent operator confirmation

· Experience in grass cutting or grounds maintenance

Tender Submission

Tenders must include:

· Contractor name and contact information

· Summary of experience and equipment

· Fee schedule for each location separately

· Any additional charges

· Proof of insurance and WCB registration

· Contracts may be awarded for up to three (3) years, with annual renewal based on performance
