Description: 1. Introduction

North Country Rural Development Coalition (NCRDC) is seeking bids for the purchase and installation of a refrigeration system for a seasonal outdoor ice rink, funded by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation.

2. Project Overview

2.1 Project Description
This project involves the supply, delivery, and installation of portable ice chillers for a 65’ x 125’ outdoor ice rink, ensuring ice is maintained in weather conditions under 50°F. Necessary upgrades to electrical and water services will be completed prior to the connection of the chillers.

3. Scope of Services

Bidders are required to:

  • Provide detailed specifications for the portable ice chillers.
  • Supply all necessary materials and labor for installation.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
