Preventative Maintenance: Cooling Tower

Lehman College of The City University of New York is seeking on a lump sum, turnkey basis, all labor, materials, and equipment to provide Preventative Maintenance to the Cooling Towers as set forth in greater detail pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority under State Finance Law §163(6). This procurement opportunity is limited to New York State business certified pursuant to Article 15-A and Article 17-B of the New York State Executive Law. The work is subject to New York State prevailing wage provisions.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the University’s standard Terms and Conditions, Purchase Order, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (Appendix A).
