UConn School of Nursing - Request for Qualifications

The Lee Kennedy Company (LKCO) is the awarded CM on the new UConn School of Nursing project. This project is a 5-story 90,000 SF new out of ground building and will include new classrooms, offices, simulation labs, wet labs, innovation labs, as well as common spaces, future fit-out/expansion areas and will connect to campus utility infrastructure. The project scope for the two bid packages that are being re-solicited for statement of prequalification includes both manual and motorized single and double roller shades for the window treatments package. For HVAC & Controls scope includes mechanical equipment all associated piping, ductwork, insulation, supports, louvers, process water piping, TAB, BMS Controls, & BIM Coordination.
