2026.0153, City RFQ & RFP - Architectural and Engineering Services for Abatement & Renovations at Davenport Elementary School 135-0291 A RFQ/RFP Opening: October 23, 2025 at 4:00 PM Project is funded in whole or in part with State of CT DAS funds. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting: October 2, 2025 at 3:30 PM. Meet at Davenport Ridge Elementary School, located at 1300 Newfield Ave, Stamford, CT 06905 Project Manager: Danile DeBoo, Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare ( https://stamfordct.procureware.com ). All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online via the Clarifications feature within ProcureWare.
