Summary

RFQ No. 2024-64-43 Franklin County Community Based Corrections Facility - Construction Management at Risk Services

The Franklin County Community Based Correctional Facility (“Franklin County CBCF”), Franklin County, Ohio, requests submissions from interested parties with proven experience to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services associated with the selective renovation, and construction of resident restroom renovations at the Franklin County CBCF. The Franklin County CBCF will transition all communal showers into at least three individual shower stalls, transition the half-sized toilet stalls to at least three standard-sized toilet stalls, and remove the urinals.
