Project Description: The Town of Bluff, Utah, invites qualified fire sprinkler contractors to submit proposals for the design and installation of a wet-pipe fire suppression system for the Town of Bluff Cooperative Cultural Center, located at 630 E Black Locust Avenue, Bluff, UT 84512. The building, originally constructed in the early 1950s as Bluff Elementary, added on and remodeled several times, is being repurposed as a community and civic center. This project aims to enhance fire safety in compliance with current codes and standards to protect occupants.
