The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to replace flooring at the St. Joseph Civic Arena.  Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the City of St. Joseph until 3:00 P.M. on December 3, 2024.

A mandatory prebid meeting will be held at 10:00 A.M. on November 25, 2024. Prospective bidders shall meet at the St. Joseph Civic Arena at 100 North 4th Street, St. Joseph.  Representatives of the Parks, Recreation, & Civic Facilities Department will be available at the site visit and pre-bid meeting to answer questions regarding the intent and process of the Request for Proposal.  This meeting must be attended if you wish to submit a response to the Request for Proposal.

Bid Opportunities may be viewed on the City’s Website at www.stjosephmo.gov under Government/Bids & RFPs. The proposal request may also be obtained from the Purchasing Department, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri or by calling (816) 271-5330.
