Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is soliciting the services of qualified firms to perform Structural Plan Review services for statewide capital development and improvement projects:
Structural plan reviews are required to be performed electronically utilizing the DFCM Electronic Data Management System (EDMS) and the Bluebeam platforms. Plans uploaded to EDMS by the project design teams are required to be reviewed within 10 working days from the date of the upload.
Development projects are typically fast-tracked, phased construction projects and include deferred submittal documents. They may include multiple bid packages along with multiple deferred submittals. All plan documents, including deferred submittals and project re-checks, are to be reviewed within 10 working days.
Improvement projects are typically submitted as complete documents. All plan documents, including re-checks, are to be reviewed within 10 working days.
