WESTCHESTER COUNTY BEE-LINE SYSTEM 2025 PASSENGER SURVEY

The County of Westchester, acting by and through its Department of Planning, is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to undertake an on-board passenger survey to be conducted on all bus routes of the County’s Bee-Line System. The goals of the survey include, but are not necessarily limited to, the following: collecting passenger demographic and system utilization characteristics to understand who is using the system and how they are using it; obtaining rider satisfaction feedback regarding service delivery and system performance; and collecting information to better inform the planning of Bee-Line service, infrastructure, and programs.

Survey tasks will include managing all survey logistics including staffing; designing the survey, developing sampling methodology; conducting the survey and processing and presenting the data; and composing a final report and presentation.
