The E-Barn at the Fairgrounds is approximately 41,290 sf and is an E-shaped building with four (4) roofs that tie together. The project consists of the removal and disposal and replacement of the existing corrugated roof, flashing, air vents, gutters and downspouts

Pre-Bid Meeting is Non-Mandatory but highly encouraged and is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Wednesday, September 3, 2025. Contractors shall meet at the entrance to the Fairgrounds located at 17402 NE Delfel Road, Ridgefield WA 98642.
