Project Description: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive strategic plan for the borough’s five public libraries located in Big Lake, Sutton, Talkeetna, Trapper Creek and Willow. The plan will include a vision statement, a mission statement, goals, measurable objectives and proposed activities to meet expressed community needs for library service over the next five years.
