This security enhancement project for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human

surrounding the facility with associated illumination and security structures (e.g. vehicle bollards)
as well as a new site entry configuration which includes an updated traffic flow pattern, guard
house, vehicle barriers, and security surveillance systems.
